Jordan Kamikawa
Professionally and personally, I am committed to representing the Aloha spirit. That’s how we’re raised on Maui and that’s why I always put my clients first. Whether you’ve sold several homes before or this is the first and biggest transaction of your life, I am dedicated to looking out for your best interests and guiding you through the process with integrity. For more than 10 years, I have applied my negotiation skills, tech-savvy tools, knowledge of local neighborhoods, and marketing expertise to help over 80 families sell and buy real estate here on Maui, closing nearly 100 transactions with a combined value of $61M.
In 2015, I got my real estate license and hit the ground running, getting a client under contract within a month of becoming licensed and closing a few short months later. In an episode of HGTV’s Hawai’i Hunters, I helped a couple buy a home in Kihei. They are still my clients to this day, and I’ve helped them buy 6 properties on Maui and sell 1 of them, for a total of 7 transactions. In fact, many of the clients I helped during my first few years as an agent have chosen me to help them sell their first house and trade up.
By immersing myself in real estate, I’ve developed the skills needed to thrive in the industry. Today, I apply my intimate local knowledge of the entire island to help those selling and buying residential homes and condos across Maui.
I’ve been fortunate to be involved in the local community on Maui, including being a drummer for some amazing bands. I also share my knowledge about the area in the Maui No Ka Oi Newsletter, a monthly newsletter full of market statistics and insights, updates on recent closings, local news, upcoming events, and tips on where to enjoy local flavors and dishes. Be sure to subscribe to the Maui No Ka Oi Newsletter!
And as always, I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals here on the Valley Isle!
Aloha,
Jordan
